Turf Type Tall Fescue is selected for its color, appearance, and resistance to most disease. This includes brown patch and gray leaf spot.

The seed is placed in direct contact with the soil. By doing this, it increases the germination rate. In addition, existing grass and debris does not need to be completely removed prior to the overseeding process.

Our seed comes with a lime-green coating that contains added nutrients and allows for more water retention. The coating will also be visible on lawn for added coverage visibility.
