- Monitor for insects and disease
- Lawn analysis and recommendation
Round Three
- A balanced slow-release fertilizer with insect control (sub-surface feeding insects)
- Monitor for insects and disease
- Treat broadleaf weeds and grassy weeds (spot treatment)
- Grub Control (as needed on an individual basis)
- Lawn analysis and recommendation
Round Four- A heavy nitrogen fertilizer to recover from summer stress
- Treat broadleaf and grassy weeds

Round Five
- Fertilization of turf
- Winterization to build food storage, carbohydrates and vigor in the grass plants
- Broadleaf weed control
